In the last years the trade with Bulgarian stocks has become an investment alternative for both professional and individual investors.

Foreign and local investors already participate actively on the Bulgarian capital market. Trade with shares of public companies is carried out on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia (BSE–Sofia).

Presently, the shares of more than 300 Bulgarian companies are traded on the exchange market. About 20 of them are assumed to be the so called blue chips – stocks of well–established and financially viable Bulgarian companies.

Trade with compensatory instruments and investment vouchers, as we offer the following services:

- sale of the compensatory instruments on the BSE-Sofia
- purchase of preference shares from the entitled persons on the BSE-Sofia
- payment in tenders for purchase of municipal and government properties
- payment in tenders for purchase of agricultural land
- payment in the centralized public tenders (after the transformation in investment vouchers)
- payment of all payable due interests as per the Settlеment of Unserviced Credits Act of the legal persons to the state

If you are a holder of corporate securities of a given issue and you want to sell them on the BSE-Sofia or, to buy, exchange or transfer them to a person /natural or legal/ will be enough to come to our office at a time convenient to you and conclude the respective contract. For this purspose the following documents have to be presented:

For natural persons:

- Identification papers
- Certificate in original or depository receipts (at sale, exchange or transfer)
- In case of authorization or re-authorization – the client has to submit a notary certified power of attorney; copy of the identification papers of the proxy and the principals

For conclusion of a transaction with securities is necessary:

- Brokerage contract will be prepared on the basis of the abovementioned document;

- Written order of the client
- Name and unique number of the client or his proxy;
- Type, issuer, ISIN code of the issue and the number of the securities – subject of the order;
- Kind of the order (purchase, sale, exchange);
- Unit price and total order value;
- Order validity :for one issue, till cancellation; order cancellation date/ time;
- Bond market where the order will be executed;
- Quantitive execution of the order (partly, wholly);
- Securities settlement: delivery against payment; free delivery;
- Payment: in cash, on account;
- Remuneration for the Investment Intermediary; client’s expenses;
- If the order follows after the Investment Intermediary’ advice
- Date, time and place of submitting the order;
- Signature of the client.

The client will be informed concerning the transaction accordingly.
