Trade through COBOS

COBOS ® – platform for direct trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia.

The Investment Intermediary Capital Markets PLC offers its clients the possibility of trading on the BSE-Sofia directly from their PCs through COBOS® (Client Order-Book Online System). COBOS is an Internet - based application for an authorized and secure access in real time to the trading system of BSE-Sofia.

Every client receives an electronic client certificate allowing working with COBOS® as a client (client certificate).

For receiving an electronic client certificate is necessary the client to fill in a Registration form addressed to BSE-Sofia at the Capital Markets PLC’ office.

In order to use COBOS the client has to import his client certificate into his browser. To do so, he has to double-click the certificate or use the menu Tools->Internet Options->Content in MS Internet Explorer and then subsequently click on the buttons "Sertificates..." and "Import". After passing through the "wizard" the client certificate has been imported.

For access to the system the client has to open the website of BSE-Sofia.– COBOS. Upon entering the system, the browser shall ask a question about the certificate which will be used.
On the website by clicking COBOS® will be appeared the system’s basic window where the respective password has to be entered.

The COBOS-user has to enter a user name and a password (the indicated in the Registration Form), where the user name is identical with the one in the certificate (client number at the Central Depository) and cannot be changed.

COBOS® applications are being updated at least every fifteen seconds allowing BSE members’ clients to enter orders and to transact after receiving a confirmation from their broker.
For transactions executed through the online trading system COBOS®, the clients shall pay commissions according to the Tariff of fees and commissions charged by Capital Markets PLC.
